Our return policies are designed in ways to ensure justified returns.
We will accept returns of items only if they are:
- Unused, unwashed, not tampered with, not worn, undamaged.
- In original packing, along with hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments.
- Damaged, altered or soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We will not accept returns on:
- Accessories,
- Handbags
- Jewelry
Request for returns will be taken within 3 days of receiving the order.
After validating your return request over the phone we will send you an email authorizing a return.
Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending the official ‘authorizing’ email to you.
Post the receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is not found eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receipt of the return package from you.
In this connection, you are requested to note that all refunds will be made through Bank Transfer to your account.
At the closure of your refund, we will send you a closure mail
Due to our business model, we do not hold stock, and therefore we may not be able to offer exchanges.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase.
